Download & Install R
From Google R download in the search bar. Download R-4.3.2, which is the latest version at the time of this post. Click on the search result to enter the R homepage. (No, this guy is not very helpful.) Ah, yes! Click here~( https://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/base/ )
When the file has finished downloading, click on it. You can choose the language based on your preference (English is recommended), or if you're English-challenged, you can choose Korean (English is recommended, and Terry, the crazy one, chooses Korean).
It tells you to read the important information, but you casually ignore it. It's about licensing, and even if you don't read it, there's nothing wrong with using R for the average person. Just leave the folder location as it is, and say next next next next...

Download & Install Alstudio
