How to use Daglo

1. go to the official website and sign up

Daglo homepage (daglo.ai)and click 'Login' on the top right corner. You will see the screen like below, but if you select 'Start with Kakao', you can sign up/login through the code scan menu of the Kakao app. Nowadays, everyone uses Google a lot, so you can click 'Start with another method'.

2. enter your YouTube address

After signing up and logging in, you can see the initial screen as shown in the image below. (Click the captured image to see the larger screen.) Click 'New' on the top right corner and click 'Dictation' to see the screen where you can enter your YouTube address.

3. speech to text and download

Paste the YouTube address as shown above and click "Transcribe" to start extracting the text from the video, which will be listed as shown below. I think it took about 3 minutes or so for my 30 minute video, and then you can see the voice transcribed into text with a timestamp as shown below. You can download the extracted text in various formats such as TXT file by pressing 'Download' in the top right corner.

If the menu contains a 'Summarizing AI key points' to see a summary of the highlights from the entire script. It will also mark the parts of the script that seem important to you, such as with an asterisk. Unfortunately, you don't get the summary until you click 'Download' and then click the Hover your mouse cursor over the script areaa small popup will appear, as shown in the image below, where you can see the Tap the far right icon to copy the entire textYou can create a txt file and paste the contents into it.
