The magic of office calm: Windows shortcut tricks to keep you on track
Ctrl + C, V, X That's easy - copy, paste... What's the last one? Cut. The opposite of Tab? No, I don't know. It's Shift+Tab. Unless you're really paying attention, you'll notice that we're using the Windows shortcutsisn't too many, is it?
How many times a day do we use our computers at work and at home, and how many times a day do we repeat the same tasks? What if we had the shortcuts we need embedded in our brains so we could use them on the fly? These small changes would add up to a big revolution for us. (I smell a fake smell in the air.)
So today, I'm going to start with beginner, then go through intermediate, and finally advanced. This division is arbitrary on my part, but the criteria for beginner/intermediate/advanced is unclear~ (ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh)
We'll start with the "wow, there's a shortcut that does that?" kind of shortcuts, and then we'll tabulate some of the more popular ones.
Honey Windows Shortcut 1 - Get dual monitors with one monitor
A way to get the dual-monitor effect even if you don't have separate monitors is to use the 'Virtual Desktops' This is a simple way to demonstrate your innocence in the face of an imminent approach from an unwanted person (mom? team leader? haha).
First, The screen you're working onIn the Β Windows key + Ctrl + D and suddenly Windows is back to the way it was when you first booted up, with nothing but the ③ Only the desktop is visible(If you react like, "What happened to all my work?", you are a beginner~ At this point, ④ Windows key + Ctrl + ← in the command line. "Oh, what the heck, I'm back on the screen I was working on a moment ago!" That's right, you've gone from your working desktop screen → virtual desktop → back to your original screen.
I don't have to tell you, but you probably have a good idea of when you'll be using this feature, right? Windows key + D is a shortcut for minors (if you don't know what it is, see the description of intermediate shortcuts below).
Virtual desktops (① Desktop2), which is automatically named as the Microsoft Store (I had the Microsoft Store up), and then open any task window to distinguish it. Honey Windows Shortcut 2 - Split the Taskbar Screen
Screen splitting is probably as confusing as virtual desktops, so let's break it down for you.
On the initial desktop after logging in to Windows, you'll have a lot of things up for various tasks. ③ In this case, I have a Google Page browser window and Explorer, and I want the Explorer window to be the right half of the monitor screen and the Google Page to be the left half.
Select the Explorer window and click Windows key + → (arrow keys) you will first see the ⑥ ⑥ The Explorer window will take up the right half of your monitor's screen, and ⑦ if you choose the Google Pages browser, click the ⑧ half-and-half Many (The word "half-and-half" makes me think of "a lot"! So what? You're old~) ** Note: If you grab the Explorer window instead of the shortcut, drag it to the center of the right side of the window and release it, it will have the same effect as ⑤Screen. **
Honey Windows Shortcut 3 - Create a new folder in Explorer
Bill Gates's least favorite friend is Tom! (Sorry, that's it for today's drip.) You use Explorer a lot to create new folders, how does everyone do it? Right-click to create a new folder, or click-click from the Tom's command line?
But there's a shortcut for that, too! Ctrl + Shift + N which is pretty self-explanatory: N is for NIt represents the N in ew, right?

Shortcuts are simple, but they are really important tools for using a computer. I believe that the shortcuts you learned today will make your work more efficient and compact~.
